ok.. so this shall be a massively long update if i can finish writing without falling aslp ;)

so, the progression of my hair color.. this photo was taken sometime last week.. the color is becoming soo blue. and contrary to popular belief.. i do not dye my hair every week. even though i wish to destroy hair, i do not want them to start falling off ;) yes, the color is coming out, explaining the gradual shifts in color. proof tt i didn't redye it!!

so, before my last 2 papers (patho and pharmaco - one which went quite well, the other which was a time disaster), i've been studying of course!! but still, managed to squeeze in time to catch the movies, Time and Casino Royale.. i liked Time.. it was certainly a haunting movie.. makes you think about yr self identity more, what exactly it is tt you are. the idea of plastic surgery-ing away your face to a new life is intriguing. but still, it shows how u can't discard away yr very self, try as you may, in the end, the new and the old self in a way, 'fighting' over the same guy just brought the point home i guess. well, perhaps my interpretation of the movie isn't really as it is meant to be, but tt's what it was to me. well, in the end, the boyfriend of the girl undergoing the plastic surgery had enough and changed his face so she couldn't recognise him either. then, it ended with her going into a frenzy trying so hard to find out who he was.. and when she finally managed to catch a glimpse of who was potentially her boyfriend, he was ran over by a car and his face, it was wrecked and mushed. ok, enough of this movie.. as for casino royale, well, i'm sure most of you have seen it.. well, it was just a ridiculous plot. somehow, whenever bond was abt to die, whamp, someone comes out of nowhere to save his ass. oh well, its a bond movie ;)

post exams!! we went to eat cocca steamboat to eat our hearts out. (adding to the fats accumulated during exam period :X) the pot below is ian's mine and aud's pot! haha.. yummy tom yum flavor.. :D

after tt absolutely FILLING lunch, it was time to walk off tt overflowing belly. so we shopped ard, to no avail... and ended up lanning dota. wah, its been sooo long since i've done tt!! and guess what, audrey actually played with us!! wahahaha, damn funny. she was quite amusing.. screaming everytime she was dying, and of course, dying cuz she was screaming. SO BLOND. but anw, it was.. exciting... ;)

so, i shall stop here for now. i apologise for this sub standard piece of writing.. i can't think right now.. my brain is on the verge of shutting down by itself as i speak.

i really should be aslp since i've lessons at 8am the next day - sighs, no celebrations after exams? haha..

but no, i'm enjoying this day quite a bit, hence i'm still awake (wun be happening if i had to be mugging lol).

hmmm, back after a long while again.. i occasionally get the urge to blog, but when i do finally sit down at my com, the urge's gone.. :p

sat last week, i met up with the guys from hawk coy platoon 3! where else did it have to be, but at vivocity. yes, its like the place to be nowadays. and u can really tell by the slow moving crowd crawling thru the wide walkways. but, it was quite an enjoyable meeting.. i've been meeting up with the guys from my section occasionally.. haha, but well, the others, not yet till then. fadaus was still full of shit as ever.. damn big joker tt guy, and qiantai kept saying, you're gonna get beaten up soon. definitely. haha. sadly, no pictures cuz, like everyone else, everyone thought someone else would bring a camera.. so, sadly, the first, and probably the last outing will end, without any commemorative pictures.. :P (this proves i ain't no photowhore!)

yeah, then the rest of the week was generally mundane.. except for like tues when i was in town with aud, claire and pooja.. ian and i went off to shop for a while after being bored from staring at cancer cells. haha. gotta give it up to these tenacious things, they have to overcome so many barriers just to become cancerous! yet they manage to do it, turning cancerous in 2 of every 10 pple in some pt in time. was interesting to see how itkz coldly ignores all the pple asking for donations, esp this poor guy with a super huge signboard, 1.5x his height or sth! weili-ish coolness in dispatching these pple away. i can never do tt, and almost always end up donating.. :/

oh, i also dyed my hair blond over the weekend.. i kinda look like this now if u all haven't seen yet.. :p

nice decorations at marina square. my phone camera is totally gone whacko! it refuses to take any pictures of the decorations in the pix below. this is from aud's phone.. my phone displays the image below, but when i click the capture button, only a grey screen is to be seen! ARGHH! and initially i thot my phone was spoilt.. until i decided to take pix of the floor to see if it was really spoilt, and voila! the floor appeared on my screen!! so i was like, maybe its working now, so i proceeded to take pix of decorations, wall, decorations, random pple, much to the same effect of grey screen, wall, grey screen, random pple. so i gave up and went for lunch.. then i decided to try taking a pix of the deco from the second floor.. guess what, the phone just hates those balls. NOTHING! its just unexplainable.

ok.. pardon the nonsense in this post, its really late. but i would like to reveal, i am not blond.. my hair is actually blue.. its not really visible in this pix.. but i will post a better pix when i take a better picture.. :p

after a marked absence of photo-whoring... you guys must have been left wondering what happened. so here i am back with -some- photos.. albeit not as many as there could have been of we brought out cameras.. haha

so, over the past few weeks, i have managed to: discover the joys of firefox! i am truly a convert. with its built in dictionary to help keep my incredible talent for misspelling every single word possible in check, the various useless gadgets u can install, but more importantly, the ever useful google & wikipedia search bar, the plugin to allow me to download videos from youtube, the rss feeds, and my personal fav, the email notifier.. ;) and in line with fooling around with my com, i managed to install a really nice theme for my phone, and also, crash it by installing other stupid things, thus having to reboot it (thankfully, i was smart enough to envision tt this would happen, and i backed up). and i have also reskinned windows, and established myself as a facebook pimp.

but tt was all due to boredom from studying. you know, when u are bored of staring at your books, and how you would find every little excuse to do sth else, anything else. oh, this doesn't look good enough, let's search for sth better. oh let's check the mail for the 100th time today, maybe something else popped up.

ok, i shall not bore you with the details of my exam, although even if i so wish to, i can't remember much.. :P

so, the past week of non-school was spent in school anw. cuz it is hard to study at home, without me wandering off to do something else. one day, i got a ride in mich's WRX. i would first like to say, michelle takes great pride in her driving skills, and she DID NOT crash her previous car. she is just too rich, tt's why she upgraded her car. (you better thank me for this mich). yeah anw, we went vivocity for lunch one day (a place currently on my avoid list). but the point is, it was a really exciting ride cuz, dear mich decided to show us how fast she can accelerate around bends, so she, purposefully slowed down so she was way behind this slow hyundai car along south buona vista road. then, accelerated so quickly, thru all the bends and what not, to catch up with the car. yes, at the expense of the poor souls behind without a bucket seat to keep us in place. this was fish and i before tt.. we were too shaken to take anymore pix after tt.. ;) lol

post 4/6 exams.. we went out... raffles city's out of the pan for lunch. i still like tt place a lot.. the food's really good, though not tt filling. it was amusing to see mich dissect her food, removing the little bits of grapefruit and orange puree from a nicely wrapped up crepe and then fixing it back, rather poorly.

oh, and then dessert at this jap restaurant which had excellent ambiance and an equally impressive toilet (it even has sensor soap dispenser, delivering frothing soap right to your eager hands). yeah.. and the dessert was quite interesting! tt was my grilled ice cream, served nicely skewered, resting on a bamboo section. its got the taste to boot too! :)

after which we went vivocity, again, spending a whooping 6 hours there. tt is just an overdose. yet, we didn't manage to find the escalator to the basement shops. i dunno if tt says more abt our lack of trekking skills, or the poor design of the place.. ;) but i walk away with the really fun 'Sid Mieyer's Railways' game.. dun quote me on the spelling, tt name is obviously not being checked. then i wanted to buy these pair of jeans from zara, but it is sold out in singapore, at least for my waist size. grr, i really liked tt pair.

after dinner, being the bored pple we were..we had the bright idea of going to sentosa at 10pm. paid $10 at the gantry, and realised everything had closed. yes.. so we trudged around, contributing to the vibration of air molecules. yes, we were really noisy. but me and ian managed to play a little prank on audrey by stealing her IC and taking a photo of it.. she totally didn't realise it, till we returned her the IC. haha! brilliant :) we tried photowhoring, but to no avail. turns out tt audrey looked right out of a horror show.. :/

oh well, i am sick of writing, n i'm sure few will preserve till here, lol. so i will stop for now.. haha.

saddam got sentenced to hanging, tt's something i dun quite agree with.

such a wretched person deserved to have his limbs sawed off with a chain saw, and then slowly get stoned to death... :) (oh so ironic as it maybe to persecute someone who committed a crime against humanity, in such an inhumane way..)

but on the brighter side, 2 papers ended today. pity i just write wayyy too slowly to finish writing all that i have to say, but whatever. and stupid cofm.. tt was the biggest bunch of bull i've written in a while.. :X

and i received a complaint, which then sparked off a flurry of other complaints in agreement, about my blog template. apparently the 3 columns are a nuisance to pple who like to randomly place their mouse in an arbitrary spot on the screen, yet scroll the column they so desire. anyone else? :)

just got hooked onto facebook, and i find it interesting, allowing me to map out who is where at the moment (since so many pple are overseas).. sharing of photos is also fun, and of course, i get to look at photos totally unrelated to me while i am at it..

hmmm, its quite a voyeuristic conception.. ;)

oh yeah, i managed to catch The Prestige.. its quite a good movie, definitely much easier to catch than Black Dahlia, but i was a little disappointed i failed to guess the last twist.. :P

exams are coming! hope they will pass as quickly as they came..
